Have you encountered an issue with one of our Pervasive PSQL database products? Filling out the form below enables you to suggest possible product issues directly to our product teams.

Once we've received your submission, it will be verified, documented, prioritized and taken under consideration for a future release. We are not able to guarantee that your submission will be included in any specific version of our products.

If you have a test case, log files, trace files, or other attachments for this incident, you must ZIP them and attach them by using the browse button below. There is a 700k size limit. If your file is larger, please attach it in an email to defectsfyi@pervasive.com

Please note that in order to investigate your submission we need to be able to reproduce it via a “test case”. In order to allow us to do so, please provide the following information (where applicable):

  1. Steps to reproduce the problem
  2. Sample data file(s)
  3. Data Dictionary Files (DDFs)
  4. SQL script or syntax
  5. Specific information regarding: Development Environment, Application name, Error codes or numbers

If you do not have this information we may not be able to verify your submission.
